Petitioner, Daniel L. Ackman having commenced a proceeding under CPLR Article 78 for the right of the public to access to the administrative tribunals of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission and having come to be heard before the Honorable Stanley Parness at a ________ Term, Part _______, of this court_held at the courthouse thereof located at 60 Centre Street and the issues in the above_proceeding having been heard and the positions of all parties having been adduced and respective counsel having been heard, and on all the papers submitted herein (verified petition dated January 28, 2000, verified answer dated February 16, 2000, and reply affidavit of Daniel L. Ackman) after due deliberation, and a decision of this court having been made therein and filed on March 2, 2000 in favor of petitioner, and against respondents, and directing entry of judgment as_hereinafter provided and the costs of petitioner having been duly taxed in the sum of $100, it is.

 

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that judgment be entered in favor of the petitioner, and against respondents:

(1) Permitting petitioner and all members of the public reasonable and orderly access to the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission administrative tribunals and hearings wherever held;

(2) Permitting all members of the public to view all papers filed as part of the record in hearings conducted by the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission;

(3) Granting petitioner costs in the amount of $100;

(4) Granting petitioner disbursements in the amount of $245 plus charges for entering and docketing of this judgment;

(5) Permitting petitioner to apply for attorneys fees in an amount to be determined by the court.  Petitioner shall submit an affidavit in support thereof.
